About Cold Branch
Cold Branch is a private mountain community in Hayesville, North Carolina, nestled among the scenic southern Appalachian Mountains in the tri-state area of western Carolina, north Georgia, and Eastern Tennessee.
The Cold Branch Property Owners Association (CBPOA) was established in 2018 under the community's recorded Covenants & Restrictions and Articles of Organization and Bylaws. The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by property owners.
The Association is responsible for maintaining and improving neighborhood roads, rights-of-way, and shared infrastructure; managing association finances; and administering the community's governing documents.
Property owners meet annually to review association business, elect directors, and approve the budget and priorities for the coming year.
